C'est un miel preparé & cuit avec du vinaigre jusqu'à consistence de Syrop. On en fait des gargarismes. On vante fort en Pharmacie l'oxymel scillitique. L'oxymel fait de miel, de vinaigre, & d'eau sert beaucoup à l'entretenement de la santé pour toutes sortes d'âges & de complexions.
