Historical definition of PREJUDICIAUX adj. plur.
se dit au Palais des frais des defauts qu'il faut rembourser, avant qu'on soit receu à se pourvoir contre un jugement. On peut se purger d'un crime dans les cinq ans, mais il faut auparavant rembourser les despens des defauts & contumaces, parce que ce sont des frais prejudiciaux.
